Who we are

I’m Captain Rich Graham, and I’m thrilled to be back full-time on the water with a brand-new Tequila Too! After years of running trips and getting to know every inch of these Pacific waters, I’m proud to carry on this legendary boat’s legacy and start an exciting new chapter.

The Tequila Too may have started with Captain Ken Culver, but my mission remains the same: delivering unforgettable fishing adventures built on experience, fun, and genuine dedication. Whether you’re a first-time angler or a seasoned fisherman, I can’t wait to welcome you aboard and show you what makes Westport sportfishing and the Tequila Too truly special.

Captain Rich Graham

Captain Rich Graham has been part of the Tequila Too team since 2009. In 2019, he proudly took over as captain and has been leading memorable sportfishing trips out of Westport, WA ever since. With decades of experience on the Pacific Ocean, Rich knows the local fishing grounds better than most, from salmon and halibut to lingcod, rockfish, and albacore tuna.

Rich’s focus is simple: deliver safe, successful, and fun fishing adventures for anglers of all experience levels. Whether it’s your first day on the ocean or your hundredth, Rich and his crew make sure you enjoy an unforgettable day on the water.

Beyond charter fishing, Rich is deeply involved in Washington’s fishing community. He served as President of the Westport Charterboat Association and now sits on the advisory board for the Dungeness crab fisheries. When charter season winds down, you’ll find him gearing up for the commercial Dungeness crab season, proof that his life truly revolves around the sea.

Rich and his wife Selah have four children — Stella, Wyatt, Wyland, and Astrid. Fishing has always been part of their family’s story. Today, Rich is proud to carry on the Tequila Too legacy, welcoming anglers aboard a brand-new boat for another exciting chapter on the Pacific.

The Tequila Too legacy began decades ago with Captain Ken Culver, one of the most respected names in Westport charter fishing. Through his dedication and passion for sportfishing, Ken built the Tequila Too into one of the most trusted and well-known charter boats on the Washington coast.

Over the years, Ken introduced countless anglers to the excitement of Pacific Ocean fishing, from first-time guests to lifelong fishermen. His reputation for professionalism, success, and fun made the Tequila Too a Westport favorite.

Though now retired, Ken’s hard work and spirit live on. His foundation of integrity, expertise, and hospitality continues under Captain Rich’s leadership and if you’re lucky, you might even see Ken join a trip or two for old times’ sake.

Our deckhand Cody is an avid fisherman with a deep passion for life on the water. He has over four years of charter fishing experience on deck and three years working as a deckhand in the commercial crabbing industry. This is Cody’s second season with us on the Tequila Too where his hard work, skill, and easygoing attitude make him an essential part of the team. Cody is always ready to jump in and help guests land the Big’un. Cody’s experience and enthusiasm help make every trip a great one.

Selah Graham helps keep the Tequila Too running smoothly behind the scenes. She manages bookings, coordinates schedules, and ensures that every fishing trip runs seamlessly from start to finish. If you’ve called or emailed to plan your trip, Selah is likely the friendly voice on the other end, ready to answer questions and get you out on the water.

A proud member of the Westport fishing community, Selah loves helping guests experience everything that makes charter fishing special: the laughter, the camaraderie, and the thrill of reeling in your catch.

For Selah, fishing isn’t just a business, it’s about creating lifelong memories and sharing the beauty of the Pacific Ocean. She’s thrilled to welcome both new and returning anglers to the next chapter of the Tequila Too.
