Annual Cost for Website
My fee is a one-time deal: $700. That's to set it up and transfer the DNS (if you don't know how or don't want to). I would need your server login info (user name and password), though. Keep in mind, that I hold many boats and other business's credit cards and I haven't flown off to Bali...yet.
That price also includes SEO for every page, adding Google analytics coding into the site, and helping you navigate your new website once it's all tidying up. From then, you can make any and all changes you wish. From photos to text to changing the theme, it can all be done easily by you.
Here is the price plans for Weebly. I don't know what your future needs are; however, since you have a server hosting your site now, unless they're overpriced and crappy (like GoDaddy - I hate them), then, you might be best leaving the server intact and just forwarding your DNS.
